January 2020 Webinar
“Training Opportunities are here"
Using the Process as a Tool & Recent Issues of Compliance
This presentation will provide a unique perspective on how to use the protest process productively. In addition, a nationally renowned Government Contracts Attorney, Mr. Rose will also review recent trends in compliance issues that directly impact our attendees.
As a contractor, you have the right to use protests and other forms of conflict resolution to settle an issue of a defective bid or the award of a contract to another bidder. By law, a protest must be filed by an "interested party," which means an actual or prospective bidder whose direct economic interest would be affected by the award of a contract or by the failure to award a contract.
David A. Rose, Esq., is the managing partner of Rose Consulting Law, and has experienced in the areas of Protest, Federal Contracts and Procurement, business formation issues (LLCs, Domestic Corporations, Joint Ventures) Teaming Arrangements, 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Applications to SBA, Mentor-Protégé, Affiliation and more.
